Ingredients

  • Aunt Jemima enriched yellow cornmeal 1 cup
  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Vegetable oil ¼ cup
  • Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Baking powder 4 teaspoons
  • Salt ½ teaspoon

  • Make sure your oven is preheated to 425 degrees Fahrenheit before continuing.
  • Take a large mixing bowl and mix together cornmeal, sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder.
