Start by melting butter in your pot over medium heat.
As the butter melts, introduce your diced onions and minced garlic into the pot. Allow them to sauté until they turn fragrant and acquire a golden hue.
Now, add all your seasonings to the pot: Old Bay, Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, and dried oregano. Stir well to mix.
Add the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar into the pot. Stir everything well.
Next, pour in the fresh lemon juice and chicken broth. Let the mixture simmer for about 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to coalesce wonderfully.
For a smoother texture, strain the sauce to discard any solids. If you prefer a chunkier consistency, you can skip this step.
Garnish your Bloves sauce with freshly chopped parsley and it's ready to serve!
