  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice ½ cup
  • Cajun seasoning 2 tablespoons
  • Tobasco sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Worcestershire Sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Vinegar 1 ½ tablespoons
  • Eggs, beaten 4
  • Garlic cloves, minced 3

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In another bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, Tobasco sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, and mustard.
