  • Bell pepper, finely chopped 1
  • Garlic cloves, minced 3

  • Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard 1 teaspoon

  • Once done, remove it from the oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • To achieve the optimal flavor and texture similar to the Golden Corral Meatloaf Recipe, ensure your ground beef is at least 85% lean.
  • While our recipe captures the essence of Golden Corral's culinary delights, variations in ingredient quality can lead to subtle flavor differences.
  • For those looking to cut down on fats, you can use ground turkey as a substitute. However, this might slightly change the flavor profile.
  • The glaze's caramelized exterior provides a sweet contrast to the savory meatloaf. Feel free to adjust the sweetness level to suit your personal preference by tweaking the brown sugar quantity.
  • For a juicier meatloaf, consider adding a splash of beef broth to the mixture. It imparts additional moisture and enriches the flavor.
