- Chicken broth 1 litter
- Tabasco 1 cup
- Butter unsalted 4 sticks
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon
- Oregano 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder 1 tablespoon
- Lemon pepper 1 tablespoon
- Chili powder 1 tablespoon
- Mince garlic 1 tablespoon
- Onion powder 1 tablespoon
- All seasons 1 tablespoon
- Pepper 1 tablespoon
- Accent ½ tablespoon
- Old bay ⅓ tablespoon
- Creole Cajun season ⅓ tablespoon
- Onion (chopped) 1
- Lemon (squeeze) 1
To start, blend one large onion and one equally sized garlic clove at a slow speed until you achieve a smooth mixture. Avoid over-blending to maintain the right consistency.
In a pan, melt four sticks of unsalted butter over low heat. Ensure that you don't burn the butter.
Take a medium-sized bowl and combine all the spices and seasoning items listed above.
Pour the blended garlic-onion mix and spice mix into the pan with the melted butter.
Keep cooking and stirring the mixture with a spoon until it turns a reddish-brown shade.
Once you have cooked the mixture for approximately 20 minutes, pour in one cup of tabasco and about a liter of chicken broth to enhance the flavor and make the sauce juicier.
Cook on low heat for a few more minutes until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Then, remove the pan from the heat.
