- Bisquick 4 cups
- Club soda 2 ½ cups
- Melted vegetable shortening ¼ cup
- Extra large eggs (beaten) 3
- Vegetable oil
Begin by placing the dry pancake mix into a spacious bowl. Then, add the eggs, club soda, and melted margarine to the mix. Use a whisk to slowly and thoroughly blend the ingredients until they are fully combined.
Before cooking, make sure to preheat your skillet on medium-high heat.
Next, add one tablespoon of vegetable oil to the preheated skillet and pour in 1/2 cup of the batter to make a single pancake.
Keep an eye on the edges and wait for bubbles to start popping on the surface. Once this happens, use a spatula to flip the pancake and cook the other side until it's golden brown.
Continue the process of making pancakes until all of the batter has been used up. Repeat the same steps for each pancake.
Once all of the pancakes are cooked, serve them hot and fresh with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
