For Salmon:

  • Salmon fillets 6
  • Lemon juice 1 ¼ cups
  • Soy sauce cup
  • Worcestershire sauce cup
  • Fresh basil cup
  • Butter (melted) ¾ cup
  • Dried thyme 3 teaspoons
  • Curry powder 3 teaspoons
  • Black pepper teaspoon
  • Salt ¾ teaspoon
  • Garlic cloves (minced) 6

For Tartar Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise ¾ cup
  • Green onion 1 ½ tablespoons
  • Lemon juice 1 ½ tablespoons
  • Paprika teaspoon
  • Pepper teaspoon
  • Badia dill weed ¾ teaspoon
  • Ground mustard ¾ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it reaches the optimal temperature for baking the salmon.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, basil, melted butter, thyme, and black pepper. Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Grease a baking dish and place the salmon fillets inside. Pour the prepared marinade over them, making sure to coat each fillet evenly.
  • In a small bowl, combine the curry powder, salt, and minced garlic, ensuring all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Sprinkle this delicious blend over the salmon, evenly distributing the flavors across the fish's surface.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for around 30 minutes or until the salmon is flaky and cooked to perfection.
  • Prepare the tartar sauce by combining mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, paprika, pepper, dill weed, and ground mustard in a bowl. Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Place the cooked salmon on individual plates and serve with a dollop of tartar sauce for each serving.
